The STS Engineering Department is a collective of multi-disciplined Aerospace, Structural, Design, and Mechanical Engineers.
STS offers a full range of engineering services to include;

High-quality, durable, cost effective products that exceed industry standard is the ultimate goal of Sierra Technical Services, Inc. (STS) Manufacturing department. STS manufactures components for a wide range of aerospace applications; from detailed parts, to flat panels, to complex composite structures involving intricate layup schedules.
STS’ 20,000-sq. ft. manufacturing facility at the Tehachapi Municipal Airport (KTSP) is designed to increase work-flow efficiency and includes (3) Hangars which house (2) Composite ovens, (2) Clean/Cold rooms, (1) Large freezer for material storage, and (1) Dust Booth.

Our production methodology and configuration management system allows us to document the “As-Built” manufacturing process while maintaining stringent delivery timelines.
SL Laser Projection Systems aid our qualified composite technicians in processing and assembling materials with a high level of accuracy by projecting green laser light to control ply & core placement and increase manufacturing productivity.
